Professional Experience

CrossCountry Consulting

Senior Consultant, Salesforce

Oct 2024 – Present
  • Lead consultant on an enterprise implementation spanning Sales, Service and Experience Cloud; gathered and documented requirements covering 250+ fields across 15 objects, including 20+ bidirectional data touchpoints between Salesforce and two external systems — JD Edwards (ERP) and Coupa (procurement).
  • Turn recorded requirements sessions into scoped action items — categorized as Build, Test, Research or Documentation, by system — that move straight into the build queue.
  • Serve as project manager, solution architect and developer on the same engagements — translating business requirements into technical specifications and building the solutions, mostly declaratively and with code where configuration runs out, while directing a team of developers on work running in parallel.
  • Take business problems end to end — mapping how the work moves, then choosing the right-sized solution, whether a system build, a reporting change, a revised handoff, or a documented manual procedure.
  • Designed and built quote-to-cash process automation that improved case-processing efficiency 45% and removed 85% of previously manual steps.
  • Designed a customer self-service portal for order submission, tracking and vendor communication with secure document sharing, cutting response time 20%.
  • Produce client-facing documentation — implementation guides, testing scenarios, user guides and slide decks — generated from Salesforce metadata and prior deliverables against a defined format library, delivered as browser-ready HTML.
  • Technical lead and project manager for an enterprise org merger: ran a full system health check — objects, automation, permissions and sharing — whose recommendations shaped the strategy, then sequenced 76 dependent data jobs, mapped 1,800 fields across 25 objects, migrated 900,000+ records, and finished 17 hours ahead of schedule.
  • On my own initiative, built a proof-of-concept AI assistant inside a Salesforce Experience Cloud portal (Claude API with tool-calling), with its prompt architecture in custom metadata so non-developers could adjust it without code.
  • Adopted AI development tooling into my own delivery workflow and coached teammates on doing the same, including configuring the Salesforce CLI to work with it; several colleagues have since adopted the workflow.

Nextech Systems, Inc.

Apr 2017 – Oct 2024 · 7 yrs 7 mos, five roles · Tampa, FL

Senior Salesforce Administrator

Jul 2022 – Oct 2024
  • Owned the Salesforce platform serving six departments — Implementation, Support, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Client Success. Reported into Sales Operations while meeting regularly with leaders across all six to understand their initiatives, agree on the best course of action, and implement it.
  • Owned the company's Salesforce intake and request queue: gathered requirements, assessed necessity and feasibility, prioritized, and agreed how each request would be executed.
  • Designed and built the solutions on that queue, and directed contracted developers on the work running alongside it — building throughout, not handing off at the specification.
  • Configured DealHub CPQ and integrated it with Salesforce to streamline sales operations procedures.
  • Wrote the platform's process and training documentation and ran live training sessions for staff across departments.
  • Worked across Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub and SharePoint, mapping end-to-end processes and the handoffs between systems and teams.
  • Launched systems support for a new product line — products, automation, partner portal, CPQ and revenue recognition — helping sales reach 110% of quota.
  • Rebuilt the marketing-to-sales handoff with custom objects and automation, improving data accuracy 15%.
  • Designed at-risk-customer monitoring using reporting snapshots and automation, supporting a 2% churn reduction.
  • Retired technical debt worth $20K/year in storage costs; designed a custom field-history solution that avoided a $35K subscription increase.

Salesforce Administrator

Jul 2021 – Jul 2022

Sales Operations

  • Modernized the sales process with stage-specific requirements and embedded learning content, raising data completion 70%.
  • Built lead round-robin routing and automated customer emails, improving average reply time by 40 minutes.
  • Managed sandboxes, releases and three seasonal platform upgrades a year with 100% uptime.

Manager, Client Success

Jan 2021 – Jul 2021
  • Led a team of three client success managers driving product adoption, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and retention.
  • Rebuilt client success operations in Salesforce — objects, fields, automation, reports and dashboards.

Lead Client Success Manager

Jan 2018 – Jan 2021
  • Primary relationship owner for 150 medical practice accounts, sustaining 99% client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnered with the salesperson assigned to each account to strengthen the relationship and support expansion.
  • Built the client onboarding and training program — narrated video walkthroughs and written guides used across the client base — and delivered live training to practice staff.

Account Manager, Existing Business

Apr 2017 – Jan 2018
  • Carried a quota on a 350-account territory, performing inside sales activities for renewals, expansion and service escalation.

AI Enablement & Internal Tools

Delivery practice

Runs delivery through an AI development workflow — a library of 40+ documented procedures that grows with each engagement, work routed across models by task type, and written standards that let colleagues reproduce the approach.

Systems connected

Connected that workflow to the Salesforce command-line tooling, meeting-transcript tooling, a transactional email service, and a token-gated documentation site.

Salesforce AI assistant

Designed and built an assistant for Salesforce administrators — it connects to a company's org, answers questions about the data inside it, and turns a plain-language request into a report the team can save and re-run. The idea came from watching how much of that work goes into questions and reports that repeat.

Applications built

An AI-assisted resume builder, and conversational assistants in several other applications. Builds and hosts uzdavines.ai for technical documentation and projects.
